Are your nursery staff qualified?

All our nurseries have qualified staff working with our children. Each section/floor is divided into age groups, which has its own supervisor who is experienced with that particular age group. All our staff hold the following qualifications in child care;
B.Tec. NNEB, NVQ 2/3's, NVQ 3&4

We aim to employ a combination of young and mature staff as we feel this is beneficial to our children. The MRN ethos is to train all company members to the highest standards and to also ensure company policies are implemented and adhered to daily. Internal training programmes are continually reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
